  Quite unique. Free camping, great little pub with loads of character on the banks OK the Moonie River. Must have been at least 50 vans, campers and tents. Will definitely return and also recommend it to others. Loved it.

  A great outback icon with free camping nearby. There are heaps of shady places for camping. Broken glass is a bit widespread across part of the camping area and it may be advisible not to go bare feet. The area across the camping grounds has nice walks along the river. The pub is a "typical" bush pub and a "must" for anyone to see.

  Great old country pub. Had a meal and drinks during the Sunday session. Good generous servings of food, reasonably priced. Beer cold but a little pricey. Good service. Definitely worth the stop. Next time will bring the van and make a night of it.

  Great pub. Good value very tasty meals. I had the barramundi. Huge piece with chips and a generous salad. Will be back.

  The lunch meal was great, service too. However when we went back in the evening, service was nil. The two barmaids on were too busy taking meal orders to pour a beer. We waited ten minutes, when another older man who obviously worked there came in and winged because it was his day off. Yep, great way to win brownie points, NOT.
